QUALITY
We have learnt that the key to success in our business is a high quality design made of materials delivered by trustworthy suppliers. Thanks to the main structural elements, which we design and manufacture ourselves, and a reliable network of cooperating partners our constructions have passed all widely known safety certificates.
FRAMES form the skeleton of our tents. We use solid aluminium elements which are extremely durable because of their structure and width. An additional internal layer reinforces the frame in its critical points. Every single frame is made of high-tensile aluminium or steel which is resistant to temperature change. These elements are prepared to be assembled with other parts, such as PVC membrane, thermo-insulating panels or metal covering sheets.
CONNECTORS are made of high quality zinc-plated or galvanized steel to provide full safety and long durability.
WALL PARTS are wall elements made of solid PVC plates which meet the DIN 4102 B1 flammability standard.
SANDWICH PANELS are used as external walls in the THERMO system. Those panels are made of zinc-plated metal sheets and have a polyurethane core which is 100 millimeters thick. They fulfill the B-S2 norm which means that they are highly flame-resistant.
ROOF COVERING is made of PVC-coated polyester whose basis weight is 650g/m2. It is flame-retardant and meets the DIN4102-B1 requirement.
